Our company, Medicade Development Kft., was founded in 2019 in Budapest, building on our many years of experience in the metal industry. Our goal is to provide a wide range of services to both existing and new partners through the efficient use of our resources and expertise.

These include our engineering services, the design and manufacture of custom fixtures (workpiece clamping, inspection and assembly fixtures), as well as the development and realisation of special-purpose machinery. These activities are complemented by our CNC machining capacity. In addition to in-house production, we are able to take on turning and milling of custom, small and medium batch components on our modern CNC machining centres.

We also offer tailored, flexible solutions to our clients in order to support their operations as efficiently as possible — helping them achieve their goals faster, whether through shorter delivery times or increased time available for research and development.

The goal of our company is to become a dedicated partner to businesses across various industries, leveraging our manufacturing experience and available capacity to help relieve the burden on their production.

CAD-CAM Design and Programming:

We use a state-of-the-art CAD software package for the design of our custom products and machines. During production, component programming is carried out in CAM software, ensuring fast turnaround times and precise calculations.

Fixture Design and Manufacturing:

Whether it is hydraulic or manual workpiece clamping in CNC machines, custom robot grippers or inspection fixtures — our company is at our partners' disposal from design through to realisation.

Custom Special-Purpose Machine Development:

In line with the growing demand for automation, in collaboration with our engineering partner company we are able to undertake the complete realisation of custom-use machines (marking, assembly, machining), special-purpose machines, and robotised CNC machine-tending systems from the design stage onwards. We have our own capacity and machining equipment for parts manufacturing.

Custom Small and Medium Batch Production:

We also carry out general contract machining on our own CNC machining centre. We are available to our clients with short lead times for custom, small and medium batch component manufacturing. With the involvement of our partners, we can apply various additional machining processes — whether grinding, EDM or surface treatment — delivering components in the required condition.

CNC Milling:

On our 3-axis machining centre we can undertake CNC milling up to 900×400 mm in a variety of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium, plastics, etc.).

CNC Turning:

Turned component machining can be handled in-house in small, medium and large batches up to 160 mm in diameter; with the involvement of our partner, up to 380 mm in diameter.

We place special emphasis on the quality inspection of our finished products. Quality assurance is carried out in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard, using calibrated measuring instruments. We employ both conventional measuring tools and coordinate measuring machines.

- Mitutoyo P3000 profile projector
- Conventional instruments – callipers, micrometers
- Pin gauge and gauge block sets
- Ring and plug gauges
- Microscope


With the assistance of our partners, we provide the option of 3D coordinate measurement of components, for which a measurement report is prepared.
